Who Am I?
I am a registered psychological associate in California, with a doctorate in clinical psychology. I offer trauma-informed telehealth therapy across California and in-person therapy in Los Angeles for select clients. I specialize in supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults heal from complex trauma, relational wounds, anxiety, depression, and the emotional weight of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and identity struggles.
Who I Work With
I support individuals who feel stuck, disconnected, or emotionally shut down. These challenges often stem from unresolved trauma, early attachment wounds, high-functioning anxiety or depression, or identity confusion. Many of my clients are insightful and self-aware, but still struggle with patterns they can’t fully explain. I help you explore the emotional and relational roots of those patterns and gently work toward change.
I additionally offer Parent-Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT) to children and caregivers to support improved connections and in managing challenging behaviors.
My Approach To Therapy
My approach blends insight-oriented, attachment-based, and body-based work to support deep, lasting healing. We won’t just explore what you’re thinking or feeling — we’ll also look at how your body holds stress, emotion, and resilience.
This approach can be especially powerful for clients navigating trauma, early attachment wounds, or longstanding emotional patterns. Together, we’ll slow things down, get curious about what’s showing up in your mind and body, and work at a pace that feels grounded and collaborative.
In our work, I draw from:
Insight-oriented therapy
Attachment-based relational work
Somatic techniques
Skills-based tools for regulation and reflection
My goal is to offer a warm, nonjudgmental presence and practical support — so you can reconnect with yourself, deepen emotional understanding, and build inner trust and flexibility.
What You Can Expect in Our Work Together
Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where they don’t have to have it all figured out — a space where they can be messy, uncertain, quiet, overwhelmed, or full of feeling, and still feel accepted. I aim to create an environment where all parts of you are welcome, especially the ones that feel hidden, heavy, or stuck.
In our work together, I’ll support you in:
Identifying, feeling, and making sense of your emotions
Exploring what's beneath the surface
Honoring your pace and staying attuned to your emotional needs
Holding space for grief, shame, anger, and difficult stories
Building tools to support healing and create movement in the present
Therapy with me is collaborative, curious, and rooted in respect — a place to better understand yourself and feel more connected in your life and relationships.
Education & Clinical Experience
I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology (PsyD) from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego, where I also completed a dual master’s degree. Before that, I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in child and adolescent development.
I completed my pre-doctoral internship at Children’s Institute Inc. in Los Angeles and have continued training in private practice settings focused on trauma-informed care.
My clinical experience includes:
Trauma-informed therapy for adolescents, adults, and families
Behavioral therapy for children with autism
Therapy for older adults in hospital settings
Community mental health for clients navigating complex trauma, attachment injuries, and emotional regulation challenges
I’m currently deepening my training in Somatic Attachment Therapy, which integrates body and mind to support long-term emotional healing. I also provide Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to help families strengthen communication, trust, and behavior through live, relationship-based coaching.

Why This Work Matters to Me
Like many of my clients, I’ve experienced times of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of who I was. For a long time, I believed I had to figure it all out on my own. But healing showed me that real strength lies in reaching out, being honest about where you’re at, and showing up anyway.
Becoming a therapist wasn’t just a career choice — it was a personal calling. Through my own journey, I’ve come to understand the power of feeling truly seen, emotionally held, and understood. That’s what I strive to offer each client: a space that’s grounded, respectful, and attuned, so you can show up as your full self and move toward lasting growth.
