I provide therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and adults struggling with a range of challenges - from anxiety, depression, and trauma to identity questions, relationship issues, and major life transitions. Whether you’re just starting therapy or looking to really go deep, we’ll work together to make sense of what’s going on and help you feel more connected to yourself and others, while feeling grounded, connected, and empowered.

Children

  • Early childhood can be just as complex as adolescence—often filled with big feelings, tantrums, and tricky transitions that children can’t yet name, let alone manage on their own. When a child’s behavior becomes overwhelming at home, in school, or out in the world, it’s often a signal that they need support regulating emotions or reconnecting with their caregiver.

Adolescents

  • Being a kid isn’t easy - from academic pressure to social struggles and big emotions, it can be overwhelming. Adolescence is a pivotal period marked by rapid emotional, cognitive, and social development. Therapy offers a safe where you can explore your identities, navigate peer relationships, and manage academic pressures. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, school challenges, or just trying to figure out life and who you are, I’m here to help them navigate it.

College & Grad Students / Young Adults

  • Emerging adulthood, encompassing college and graduate years, involves significant life transitions and identity exploration. You’re figuring out your future while juggling everything from relationships to identity to the pressure of having it all together. Whether you’re feeling anxious, lost, or stuck in comparison mode, therapy offers a space to make sense of it all, and to further address academic stress and career decisions, evolving personal relationships, historical trauma & attachment wounds, self-doubt, and burnout. My tailored therapeutic approach can enhance coping strategies and mental health outcomes, as we will work together so that you can fully show up in your life with clarity, confidence, and trust in self and others.

Adults

  • Life as an adult can feel like you’re constantly managing things - responsibilities, relationships, unresolved/unprocessed experiences, and everything in between. Adulthood brings a range of experiences, from career advancements to family dynamics. If you’re feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself, therapy can help manage your stress, process past traumas, and foster personal growth. We will work together to better understand what is getting in your way, reconnect you with your strengths, and help you feel more content, fulfilled, and free in your everyday life.

  • You’re always trying to be everything for everyone — the dependable one, the high-achiever, the one who doesn’t cause problems. But underneath, you’re probably feeling exhausted, resentful, or never quite “enough.” Therapy can help you untangle these patterns, set boundaries without guilt, and feel worthy without having to earn it.

  • I offer Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidence-based treatment for young children (typically ages 2–7) with emotional and behavioral difficulties. Through live coaching sessions with caregivers and their child, I help strengthen the parent-child relationship, increase positive behaviors, and reduce disruptive ones. PCIT isn’t just about managing behavior—it’s about creating a safe, secure, and responsive relationship where both parent and child can thrive.

  • Depression can show up in many ways — from feeling weighed down and unmotivated to seeming 'fine’ to those around you. Maybe from the outside you look like you have it all together, but inside you feel exhausted, numb, or like you're just going through the motions. Depression isn’t always obvious, and high-functioning depression often goes unnoticed. Whether your struggles appear hidden or not, in therapy, we’ll explore what’s underneath the surface and work toward reconnecting with meaning, joy, and a life that feels more like yours.

  • Have you been in therapy before and you know how to talk about your past, name your patterns, and analyze your feelings — but nothing really changes? You might feel like you understand why you’re struggling, but you don’t know what to do about it. I help clients go beyond insight to create meaningful, embodied change that actually feels different — not just intellectually, but emotionally and somatically, too.

  • Sometimes words aren’t enough. If you’ve tried to “talk it out” but still feel stuck, this approach can help. Somatic Attachment Therapy gently bridges the gap between body and mind — helping you notice how your nervous system responds in relationships, process stuck emotions, and build a felt sense of safety and connection. It’s especially helpful for trauma, attachment wounds, and chronic stress.

Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life.”
